Communication Capacity Building

Pinnacle works with clients to develop communication capacity building programmes where it looks at the overall transformation of the communication function. This includes the assessment of the communications department and its overall effectiveness; the individual assessment of each employee who works in communications using Pinnacle’s proprietary assessment tool which scores employees against 50+ communications skills; the development of an individual development plan, complete with KPIs (key performance indicators); and the training of employees, either individually or in groups, so that they are performing to the standard that is required of the organisation.
