Topics include the strategy and planning process, defining audiences, objectives and messages, tactic selection, monitoring and evaluation, harmonisation of PR strategy with overall strategic objectives.

Training consists of incisive briefings from senior PR professionals who have created successful PR strategies for multinationals, governments and NGOs; along with case studies, role plays and workshops to build practical skills.
