Topics include differing PR and media landscapes around the world, applying and adapting strategies and tactics across borders, coordinating multiple actors, international stakeholder mapping, localisation, monitoring, control, budgeting and evaluation. Training consists of incisive briefings by experienced international PR directors, practical workshops, case studies and structured discussions.
