Course format
This course comprises four modules each covering a set of key concepts and skills. Within each module, best practice and key concepts are covered off in a concise briefing, followed by a range of stimulating learning activities like team workshops, group discussions, topical case studies and role-play exercises.

1) Communication strategy design and development
2) social media management for communications and PR
3) Planning and managing PR campaigns
Learning outcomes
You will gain insight into the principles and practice of smooth, proper, professional and culturally sensitive interaction in important encounters and events involving senior individuals. After this course you will be able to:
