Planning your project communications

A communication plan sets out a clear framework for all external communication activities during the life time of projects or programme. It is primarily meant for the partner in charge of communications work package, but will also be relevant for everyone else who is actively participating in the project.

Before starting any communication activities, it is important to determine how the project objectives can be met through communication activities. Especially in a network which consists of multiple organisations in different countries, it is crucial that the messages sent out are consistent, clear and simple. Consistency makes people remember, simplicity makes people understand. Pinnacle draws on a track record of providing advice and training to people working on EU projects and programmes.
